JAKARTA - Luna Maya is again trusted to direct one of the episodes in the anthology series, CKCK (First Series). He directed for the episode of Cari Kaga, starring Wafda Saifan and Carissa Perusset.

"I became a director. Honestly, when I was offered Abi (Rahabi Mandra) I called to ask him to meet him. Direct Yu Lun said Luna Maya at a press conference in Central Jakarta today, Tuesday, January 30.

The story of Cari Kaga, I chose it because it was the most related. When I read it, maybe it can be something. The story is interesting, "explained Luna.

Cari Kaga tells the story of Yudho (Wafda Saifan) and Nala (Carissa Perusset) who often fight even though they have been dating for a long time. Nala's friends think Yudho is a toxic person, while Nala still loves Yudho.

"I want the character Wafda not to be a bad person but to be human and I believe something is not finished. Likewise with Nala," said Luna Maya.

Luna herself was surprised because she was trusted to be a director. It is known, he was once a director for several short films.

"(Compared to first), it was a long shoot, but now it's three days because the duration is 40 minutes, very short," said Luna Maya.

"There are a lot of scenes per day and yes, I wasn't used to it because I haven't been direct for a long time. But I was helped by Greg Soegono a lot on set," he continued.
