The West Jakarta Metro Police held a release regarding the arrest of the old actress Ibra Azhari who was caught again for the fifth time for drug abuse. In this release, West Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Pol M Syahduddi explained that Ibra Azhari's motive for using methamphetamine was due to domestic problems. "The motive of IBR (Ibra Azhari) using methamphetamine is because the person concerned admitted that he had domestic problems, could not make a living (batin)," said M Syahduddi at the West Jakarta Metro Police, Monday, January 8. In addition, Ibra Azhari also told investigators that the woman who was caught with him was his girlfriend. "So we use methamphetamine with a woman who is recognized as her boyfriend," he continued.

Syahduddi said that Ibra and his lover with the initials NNDY alias Nandya Natashiya had been in love for 2 years and often used methamphetamine together. "It's been 2 years dating. We've used it together a lot," he continued. For this case, Ibra Azhari and Nandya Natashiya were named suspects and also active users of methamphetamine and marijuana.
