Muhammad Khan Nervous About His Acting With Rio Dewanto In The 13 Bomb Film In Jakarta

JAKARTA - Rio Dewanto and Muhammad Khan became the antagonists in the 13 Bomb film in Jakarta. The film, directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko, is one of the closing films in 2023.

The film 13 Bombs in Jakarta tells the story of a group of terrorists who want to attack Jakarta by placing 13 bombs at various points. The State Intelligence Agency (BIN) led by Damascus (Rukman Rosadi) is aware of the plan and forms a secret agent.

Rio Dewanto plays Arok and Muhammad Khan plays Waluyo. The two of them worked together to fight the State Intelligence Agency.

"In the first day, I was burdened and nervous. If you read the script, you think about character design because I've never played action," Muhammad Khan said at a press conference on December 22.

"Keep looking at the set like that and Mas Angga directs it's not as complicated as I think. The story is complicated but like living a life. Angga's treatment makes Waluyo forget it's like a movie," he said again.

He considered Angga very helpful in acting in the 13 Bomb film in Jakarta. In addition, Muhammad Khan was also nervously juxtaposed with Rio Dewanto.

"Mas Rosa (Rukman Rosadi) said, good actors are actors who make it easier for directors, but in my opinion, while in this film, Mas Angga made it easier for me to work as an actor," said Muhammad Khan.

"So Arok's right hand, I was nervous because I played with seniors," he continued.

"It's hard to become a terrorist. In the final fight scene, the process is three days. On the second day, I felt a little less eating and felt weak," said Rio Dewanto.

"I'm also a very manipulative human being. Yes, maybe because I've been studying that character for months, living inside him (Arok)," added Rio Dewanto again.
