Catherine Wilson And Idham Masse Absen At The Initial Divorce Session

JAKARTA - The couple Catherine Wilson and Idham Masse today, Monday, October 23, should face a divorce trial with a subpoena agenda. But unfortunately, according to a statement from the Public Relations of the South Jakarta Religious Court, Taslimah, both parties were not present.

"Both parties were summoned today, October 23, 2023, but the applicant or Idham Masse was not present, nor did they send people to represent him," said Taslimah at the South Jakarta Religious Court, Monday, October 23.

"The Respondent has also been summoned and according to the summons report it was stated that the results of the summons of the respondent or Catherine had changed addresses, no address was found," continued Taslimah.

Therefore, the divorce trial for the married couple in 2022 has been postponed to November 6 with the agenda of calling both parties again.

"The trial was postponed on November 6," said Taslimah.

In this case, Taslimah said Idham Masse did not appoint a lawyer to accompany him in the divorce process with Catherine Wilson.

"The applicant did not give the representative to the attorney but the name he submitted himself. He registered it himself so that the applicant's priors would be called himself," he concluded.
