Keena FIFTY FIFTY Withdraws Lawsuit, Returns To ATTRAKT Agency

JAKARTA - Two months passed, one of the FIFTY FIFTY members, Keena withdrew her lawsuit to the ATTRAKT agency. He stated that he would rejoin the agency after stopping his report.

"Keena met with CEO Jeon Hong Joon yesterday. Keena will take time to reflect on herself, and then we will talk about our actions going forward," said a source from ATTRAKT today, Tuesday, October 17.

On the same day, the CEO also revealed a little conversation with Keena. He saw Keena very tired and had apologized to them.

"Keena is very tired, maybe she is in a difficult situation. She said she apologized and she apologized while crying. I am grateful that she took the courage to come back even though it was too late," said Jeon Hong Joon.

FIFTY FIFTY debuted in November 2022 and one of their songs,oladi viral. However, in June this year, they sued their agency ATTRAKT to terminate the exclusive contract.

ATTRAKT suspects The Givers is an external source who tries to invite all four members to join their company. The process has gone through a trial where the court asked both parties to mediate.

On August 16, FIFTY FIFTY members, namely Saena, Aran, Sie, including Keena, were reluctant to continue mediation with ATTRAKT.

Then, at the end of August, the Seoul district court rejected FIFTY FIFTY's request to terminate the contract. The four immediately filed an appeal until now Keena withdrew her lawsuit.

Keena turned her agency firm into Shinwon and she has applied for a contract termination related to FIFTY FIFTY's contract.

It is not yet known whether similar steps were taken by Saena, Aran, and Sie considering that the trial process is still ongoing. This continues as FIFTY FIFTY received nominations at various award events.
