JAKARTA - Actor Yoon Kye Sang will act in the latest Korean series entitled The Kidnapping Day. The thriller black comedy genre series is adapted from a novel of the same name that brings together the newcomer actor and actress, Yoo Na.

As the title implies, The Kidnapping Day series tells the relationship between a kidnappers and a smart boy who is faced with an unexpected situation.

Directed by director Park Yu Yong, his name has been transformed into various fantastic productions such as Kingdom, Love Alarm, and the Model Family. The script was also written by Kim Je Young who worked on Miss Wife, Insane, and Cheese in the Trap.

The Kidnapping Day tells the story of Kim Myung Joon (Yoon Kye Sang), a man who is the first kidnappers. He kidnapped an 11-year-old boy to earn money for the treatment of his son who was being treated at the hospital.

Ro Hee (Yoo Na) is an 11-year-old child who is smart and cynical about people. Yoo Na is known to have been selected from 500 participants who auditioned for this role.

On the other hand, there is Seo Hye Eun, the wife of Kim Myung Joon who is the mastermind behind the kidnapping. Actor Park Sung Hoon also appears as Park Sang Yoon's detective who is looking for Kim Myung Joon.

The unexpected situation will be faced by them and will be a challenge in the series The Kidnapping Day.
