Kim Woo Bin's Latest Series, Black Knight Airs In May

JAKARTA - Kim Woo Bin is ready to return after undergoing treatment for the nasopharyngeal cancer he is suffering from. Netflix announced the release date of the Black Knight series which is scheduled for release this year.

Black Knight is adapted from a webtoon about couriers delivering goods to survive in 2071. They live in the midst of dystopia where they are full of pollution and survive with water spending deeper.

People don't leave the house. When they leave the house, they use masks to avoid water pollution.

This series will tell the legendary 5.8 courier played by Kim Woo Bin and a refugee named Sa Wol (Esom). Sa Wol who saw the action 5.8 admired the courier and hoped to be like 5.8.

"I'm very happy while filming this series. I hope that our hard work can be accepted by the audience and they can enjoy every moment in this series like when I experience it," Kim Woo Bin said of his latest project.

The series also features experienced actors, such as Song Seung-heon as the heir to the ruling Cheonmyeong Group. In addition, Black Knight is also played by Kang Yoo Seok, Kim Eui Sung, Jin Kyung, Cho Ji An, Lee Joo Seung, and many others.

Today, Wednesday, March 29, Netflix launched a new poster showing the figure of 5.8 carrying packages between air pollution and a row of military cars. Job puzzle 5.8 is also a mystery for viewers who will be answered through this series.

Black Knight is Netflix's newest series released after the success of The Glory this month. A total of six episodes, Black Knight will be released on May 12, 2023 globally via Netflix.
