JAKARTA - Lesti Kejora withdrew the domestic violence report made by Rizky Billar. After being declared a suspect, Lesti came to the South Jakarta Police Station to submit a written statement.

The police stated that Rizky Billar was named a suspect based on sufficient evidence. Lesti also asked for restorative justice and a request for a suspension of detention for her husband.

"Last night (13/10), brother L came to the South Jakarta Police. It is written that he revealed a request for the revocation of the police and an application for restorative justice," said Ade Art as South Jakarta Metro Police Chief today, Friday, October 14.

"We have also received a letter requesting a suspension of detention from RB's attorney and received a letter requesting a suspension from the suspect's family, in this case the victim also submitted a letter of application for a suspension," he added.

Although Lesti as the reporter withdrew the report, Rizky Billar was not completely free from the rule of law. Billar is required to report and the investigation process is still ongoing

"There are some material and formal requirements where the requirements have not been met," said Ade.

"The suspect RB after the suspension process is carried out must still be obliged to report. Why? Because the formal and formal requirements have not been met," he continued.

"We have granted the request for a suspension on the other hand, RB still has to carry out its reporting obligations while waiting for the restorative justice process to be completed," he said.

The police said the suspension process would continue tonight. When finished, it is likely that Rizky Billar will be released today.

"Probably free tonight," said Ade again.

Rizky Billar was named a suspect after being proven to have committed domestic violence to Lesti Kejora. The day after the determination, Lesti came to the South Jakarta Police and brought a letter of revocation of the report.
