Naufal Samudra's Digital Footprint Orders 3 Times For Drugs So Police Arrest

JAKARTA - The artist Naufal Samudra was arrested by the police in connection with a drug case on Friday, January 8. During the arrest process, his lover, Dinda Kirana, was seen at the location.

Reportedly, Naufal was arrested for having a relationship with Ridwan who was arrested on November 24, 2021.

“Yesterday, we have secured a person, named Naufal Samudra. We've secured it at his house. At his house, the address is Margasatwa Barat Street, number 2, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta", said Head of Public Relations of Metro Jaya Police, Kombes E. Zulpan, at his office on Saturday, January 8.

Naufal was arrested because he had digital traces of having communicated with Ridwan. Naufal is known to have ordered drugs three times and the last order was received by Naufal.

A new fact was revealed that Naufal had ordered drugs after the first rehabilitation. Naufal also admitted the action to the police.

"Yes, he admitted he had time, but he didn't use it last time. He realized it wasn't true and after he saw his friend Jeff Smith who was being taken into custody by the police, he realized it was wrong", Zulpan said.

“Later yesterday, when we did security for Naufal's brother at his house, investigators did not find any LSD evidence. Then we continued with a urine test on Naufal's brother with negative results", he said.

Because the results were negative, Naufal's status was determined as a witness and carried out rehabilitation according to the rules. Naufal was also declared not a dealer but had used drugs.

"I'm here to thank PMJ for reminding me again, indeed my position is now clean, and because it has something to do with yesterday's case, so I was given education by PMJ. I want to thank PMJ profusely", said Naufal Samudra.

Meanwhile, Dinda Kirana was not arrested because she had no connection with the Naufal Samudra case.
