Can't Wait, Hafiz Fatur's Chronology Sells All Of Irwansyah's Brother's Assets Until They Are Sold Out

JAKARTA - Irwansyah's younger brother, Hafiz Fatur is on the People's Wanted List (DPO) and is a fugitive. He embezzled the data of 22 employees of PT Halal Berkah Indonesia to make a loan worth IDR 3.1 billion to the BRI bank.

After being named a suspect on October 29, 2021, Hafiz Fatur was summoned for questioning. However, he did not attend the examination, so he was named a suspect in a corruption case involving the misuse of the BRI Bank BRI's Briguna facility for the Firm Faithful Sub-Branch Office.

His uncooperative attitude made Irwansyah's wife, Zaskia Sungkar also dragged along. Zaskia was questioned at the Bogor District Attorney's Office for questioning. Zaskia is the commissioner of PT Halal Berkah Indonesia of which Hafiz is the chief director. Zaskia was also present accompanied by Irwansyah to answer 20 questions for 5 hours on 16 December.

"From yesterday's statement, we are still exploring his capacity and role as a commissioner, we are asking whether he is also aware of the credit facilities being lent. The person concerned said that he was indeed a commissioner and did not know about the credit facilities carried out by the president director, namely HF," said Kasi Bogor District Attorney's Intel launched KH Infotainment.

Not only corruption, Irwansyah was also a victim of his own brother's fraud. All of his adets were sold by his sister by forging Irwansyah's signature. Hafiz sold out his brother's assets.

"Irwan was totally deceived, he summed it up anyway, wow, because it is in the form of assets, there is even my car too, if it was Irwan who lost a lot," explained Zaskia Sungkar in a Youtube channel broadcast quoted on Monday, January 3.

"The house, the land, everything is gone, except for the one we live in now, it's very heavy," he added.

Zaskia Sungkar said, Irwansyah was disappointed with his own brother's behavior. "I and Irwan are facing a very big test in my opinion. Moreover, the one who cheated is his own brother, disappointed, annoyed," he said.

Before taking the legal route, Zaskia herself admitted that she had tried to settle it amicably. But the result is nil.

"We had resolved it amicably at that time, but there was no resolution, now the person is missing. It turns out that he is involved in another case at the Prosecutor's Office, so we are being asked for information," said Zaskia Sungkar.

Similar to the police, Irwansyah admitted that he could not contact his brother. Closing 2021, Irwansyah has reported his younger brother, Hafiz Fatur, to the South Jakarta Metro Police.
