Contraflow Implemented In The Jagorawi Section Towards Jakarta Starting Km 21

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk revealed that contraflow engineering was implemented on the Jagorawi Toll Road towards Jakarta starting from Km 21 + 850 to Km 11 + 700, based on police discretion.

"To anticipate the increase in the volume of traffic that occurred on the Jagorawi Toll Road towards Jakarta, over the discretion of the police, Jasa Marga applies contraflow starting from Km 21+850 to Km 11+700 of the Jagorawi Toll Road towards Jakarta from 14.50 WIB," said Senior Manager Representative Office 1 Jasamarga Metropolitan Tollroad Regional Division Alvin Andiantah Singarimbun in an official statement received in Jakarta, Wednesday, January 1, 2025.

Jasa Marga also appealed to road users to anticipate travel routes, so that they can optimize the current traffic engineering.

Jasa Marga also urges road users to be able to ensure the adequacy of electronic card balances, before starting the trip to avoid overcrowding when transacting at toll gates. Always obey traffic signs and follow directions from field officers.

Furthermore, the latest traffic information on the Jasa Marga Group toll road is through the 24-hour call center Jasa Marga 14080 or through the Travoy application.

Previously, Jasa Marga Nusantara Tollroad Regional Division (JNT/Regional Nusantara) noted an increase in the volume of vehicle traffic across the Regional Nusantara toll road by 8.2 percent from normal conditions.

The number of traffic recorded on New Year's Eve 2025, which is 174,266 vehicles, compared to the normal traffic volume of 161,054 vehicles.
