Mark, Doyoung, And Johnny Apologize After NCT Releases Their Album, Why?

JAKARTA - Three members of the NCT group wrote an apology via social media after the group released their latest album, Universe. What is it?

Tuesday, December 14, NCT held a live broadcast entitled NCT Universe Countdown Live. This event was attended by 21 members of NCT where they discussed all the contents of the tracks in their latest album.

At 5:19 p.m. South Korean time, someone in the studio got a notification on their phone of an M 4.9 earthquake off the coast of Jeju Island.

Instead of feeling worried, Mark, Doyoung, and Johnny sang Earthquake, one of NCT's new songs from the Universe album. The other members were seen stopping their actions quickly and the show continued.

The next day, Mark, Doyoung, and Johnny immediately wrote messages on Instagram Story.

"I want to say I'm sorry for the image I showed on today's comeback live broadcast. I apologize for judging the situation and acting recklessly,” said Mark.

Likewise, Doyoung wrote, "I want to apologize to those who feel disappointed by my actions and words. It was completely my fault so I apologize for no reason."

Meanwhile, Johnny also said, “In the future, I will be careful in my opinion and actions. I am really sorry. I want to apologize again to those who felt uncomfortable when they saw my attitude.”

NCT released their latest album, Universe on the same day. SM Entertainment as an agency revealed that the number of album orders reached 1.7 million copies as of December 13.

With two main tracks: Universe (Let's Play Ball) and Beautiful, their new album will officially be released digitally and physically on December 14.
