This is also still in line with Marvel's strategy with Disney where they will show films on Disney+ 70 days after they hit theaters.
Eternals is the latest film to receive similar treatment after Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings and Black Widow.
Directed by Chloe Zhao, Eternals is an extension of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This film tells the story of 10 superheroes who have protected Earth since the dawn of human civilization.
When the Deviants come, they must maintain the peace of the Earth. The 10 stars of Eternals are Sersi (Gemma Chan), Ikaris (Richard Madden), Kingo (Kumail Nanjiani), Sprite (Lia McHugh), Phastos (Brian Tyree Henry).
In addition there are Makkari (Lauren Ridloff), Druig (Barry Keoghan), Gilgamesh (Don Lee), Dane Withman (Kit Harrington), Ajak (Salma Hayek), and Thena (Angelina Jolie).
For those of you who haven't seen it in theaters, Eternals will be showing on Disney+ starting January 12, 2022.
