Government Prepares Additional Stimulus Quarter IV-2025 For 30 Million Families And Workers

JAKARTA - The government plans to distribute additional stimulus in the fourth quarter of 2025.

According to Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto, this policy is a follow-up to President Prabowo Subianto's direction to expand the coverage of economic protection, including targeting people in the fourth decile.

He said that the additional stimulus was designed to reach more than 30 million beneficiary families, as well as workers.

"The government will provide additional stimulus (landing) in the fourth quarter. The President's directive is that additional stimulus pads are to reach the fourth or more than 30 million beneficiary families, plus workers," Airlangga said at a press conference at Wisma Danantara, Wednesday, October 1.

However, Airlangga has not detailed the form of the stimulus that will be given and only said that the assistance mechanism is still in the finalization stage and is targeted to be completed within one week.

"This is being finalized in the next week," he said.
