KAI Extends External Recruitment 2025 To September 3

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI has extended the registration period for the online External Recruitment for 2025 to Wednesday, September 3, at 24.00 WIB.

This extension was carried out to accommodate the high enthusiasm of the people who want to join KAI.

This recruitment is open for graduates of SLTA, D3, and D4/S1 to fill strategic formations such as Condektur, Candidates for Drivers, Assistant for PPKA, Maintenance of Facilities and Infrastructure, to Special Police for Railways (Polsuska).

KAI Vice President Public Relations Anne Purba said all of these positions would strengthen KAI's services in presenting modern, safe and sustainable public transportation.

"With this extended registration period, we hope that more and more young Indonesians, both new graduates and those who are already experienced, can take advantage of the golden opportunity to contribute to building national rail transportation," he said in an official statement, Tuesday, September 2.

"We remind you again, KAI does not have other channels in the recruitment process. All official information only comes from the website," said Anne.

In addition, Anne also reminded the public to be careful of fake sites and irresponsible parties.

"The entire recruitment process is free of charge. If someone asks for compensation or directs it to another website, it can be ascertained that it is not from KAI," he said.

Anne said the selection stages will still be carried out in stages, starting from administration, initial medical tests, psychology, interviews, to final health tests. For the Polsuska formation, a joint test will be added.

"All offline selection processes are carried out transparently in the KAI Regional Operations/Division Area," he said.
