JAKARTA - The National Nutrition Agency (BGN) said that 5,885 nutritional fulfillment services (SPPG) had been operational until August 2025.
Head of BGN Dadan Hindayana said the thousands of SPPGs had spread across 38 provinces of Indonesia.
"That the current SPPG that has operational total number is 5,885, it has covered 38 provinces, 510 districts and 7,200 sub-districts," Dadan said at a press conference at the head office of the Directorate General of Taxes at the Ministry of Finance, Jakarta, Friday, August 15.
Dadan added, there are tens of thousands of SPPGs that will operate again and are currently in the verification stage.
"Besides 5,885 operational, there are also almost 19,000 who are approaching operations and are verifying," he said.
According to Dadan, all of the SPPGs do not use the APBN and 100 percent are financed by public money.
"And it should be noted that the construction of the 5.885 SPPG plus almost 19,000 operations is fully 100 percent financed by public money," he said.

So, said Dadan, there have been around Rp48 trillion in money circulating in the community to date.
"So, if 19,000 plus 5,885 there are around 24,000, if multiplied by Rp. 2 billion each, that's Rp. 48 trillion in money that has been circulating in the community and that's not the state budget," he explained.
"So, the APBN which is absorbed per day in the amount of Rp. 10.3 trillion is purely for nutritional fulfillment intervention," he concluded.
