JAKARTA - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) has opened its voice regarding four members of the board of directors of Pertamina's subsidiary or subholding as suspects in the alleged corruption case of crude oil management and refinery products of Pertamina, subholding and contractor cooperation contracts (KKKS) from 2018 to 2023.
Spokesperson for the Ministry of SOEs Putri Violla explained that currently, her party continues to communicate with PT Pertamina (Persero) regarding the development of the alleged corruption case.
Furthermore, Putri said that so far there has been no direct communication between the Ministry of SOEs and the Attorney General's Office.
