Sido Muncul President Director David Hidayat Buys SIDO Shares Again

JAKARTA - President Director of PT Industri Jamu and Pharmacy Sido Muncul Tbk (SIDO) David Hidayat has again increased his share ownership portion in the company.

Quoted from the disclosure of information on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, David added 1.74 million shares at the transaction price of IDR 573 per share on February 5, 2025. Then on February 6, he added another share ownership portion of 2.95 million shares with an exercise price of IDR 567 per share. In total he increased the number of shares in SIDO by 4.69 million shares.

"The purpose of transactions, investments. Share ownership status, directly," said SIDO Tiur Simamora in his official statement, quoted on Sunday, February 9.

Please note, the number of David's shares before the transaction was recorded at 905,700 shares. After the transaction, the share ownership portion jumped to 5,595,700 shares. This amount is with a percentage of voting rights of 0.019 percent.

Previously, David bought 905,700 SIDO shares at a price of IDR 575 per share. That way he had to spend IDR 520.77 million. The transaction took place on February 4, 2025.
