Surveyor Indonesia Inaugurates New Makassar Branch Office

JAKARTA - PT Surveyor Indonesia (Persero) inaugurated the new Makassar Branch Office building as a form of focus on improving customer service. The Makassar Branch Office is located in a strategic location and is equipped with complete facilities to improve service quality as well as a strategic step to strengthen and expand Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) services.

By adhering to strict health protocols, the inauguration was attended directly by the Assistant Deputy for General Administration of the Makassar City Government, Muhammad Mario Said representing the Mayor of Makassar and the Indonesian Surveyor management ranks, including Commissioner Ferry Adrianto, Commercial Director Saifuddin Wijaya, and Finance and Risk Management Director Rosmanidar Zulkifli.

"Surveyor Indonesia is a state-owned company engaged in inspection, testing, certification, consulting, and training. The establishment of the Makassar Branch Office is an implementation of the company's commitment to providing excellent service to customers and a form of the company's determination to continue to grow in the assurance business," said Saifuddin Wijaya, in his statement, quoted on Sunday, October 31.

Furthermore, Saifuddin said, his party hopes that the inauguration of this new office can be a sign of our commitment to agencies, business actors, and the people of Makassar, South Sulawesi, to Eastern Indonesia.

"That we are here to provide a sense of security, not only to guarantee industrial growth, economy, and community productivity, but also to ensure ecosystem maintenance, restoration of natural conditions, and encourage green and sustainable industries," he explained.

The inauguration of the new office is a strategic move for the company through the acquisition of new assets and investment in up-to-date, modern, and reliable survey, test, and inspection equipment.

In addition, this new office also functions as a growth space for employees and experts in various disciplines, so that they can optimally support the company's role as a strategic partner of the government, private sector, and other institutions, especially through competence in the field of TIC.

The scope of business in the Makassar area has significant potential and is expected to make a significant contribution to Surveyor Indonesia's business. Until now, the Makkasar Branch's revenue comes from superior services in Inspection and Consulting, including SLO, AMDAL, UKL-UPL, Watershed Rehabilitation Consulting, Consulting, and Engineering Supervision.

In addition to inaugurating a new office building, as a Surveyor Indonesia also provides assistance as a form of concern as well as an effort to ease the burden on the people affected by the Lepping Village fire which destroyed at least 110 houses inhabited by around 397 people.
