JAKARTA - Officially, the signing ceremony of the Sale and Purchase Deed and the holding of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) have been held by PT Morula Indonesia against PT Morula IVF Surabaya before a notary on Wednesday 6 October 2021.
