JAKARTA - Towards the end of 2021, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) (Hutama Karya) through the Building Division has again won the trust to continue the project of building the Al-Jabbar Grand Mosque which will become one of the new icons of West Java province.
Located in the Gedebage area, Bandung, West Java Province, the project which had been delayed for approximately 1.5 years due to the COVID-19 pandemic with the previous contractor was resumed according to the direction of the West Java Provincial Government.
The signing of this follow-up project contract was carried out on Friday, July 23, and was attended by representatives of the West Java Province Highways Office, Dr. Indra Maha ST., MT. as PPK, GM Building Department PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk., Yan Arianto and Executive Vice President (EVP) Hutama Karya Purnomo Building Division.
The construction of the Al-Jabbar mosque was carried out by a consortium of contractors Adhi Karya - Hutama Karya. Director of Operations II Hutama Karya Ferry Febrianto said that Hutama Karya collaborated with Adhi Karya to continue the finishing of projects that had previously been built.

Purnomo as EVP of the Hutama Karya Building Division said that even in the midst of a pandemic situation, currently, the company's strategies in accelerating construction completion include coordinating with various stakeholders so that project work can be completed optimally and efficiently.
