JAKARTA – PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk (BRI) informed that the company is opening job vacancies in a number of positions. Unmitigated, the largest bank in Indonesia in terms of assets organizes recruitment to become future leaders of the company through the BRILian Future Leader Program (BFLP).

"This is a recruitment and education program that BRI opens for future leader candidates", said BRI Human Capital Director Agus Winardono in a press statement as quoted on Monday, September 6.

For information, currently, BFLP BRI Group Batch 4 has been reopened from September 1 to 15, 2021, and can be followed by prospective employees who graduate from Bachelor's or Master's Degree. Prospective applicants are required to have a GPA above 3.00 (for S1) and 3.25 (for S2).

"To take part in the BFLP program, prospective participants must be ensured to be a maximum of 25 years old for undergraduate graduates and 27 years for master's degrees", said Agus.

The BFLP itself is divided into two lines, namely BFLP General and BFLP IT. BFLP General is a selection process for future BRI leadership candidates that is open to all graduates of leading universities in Indonesia.

Then, BFLP IT is a special selection path for alumni of the faculty/department of informatics engineering, electrical engineering, telecommunications, information systems, computer science, network engineering, and computer engineering.

It was also revealed that while being a BFLP participant, prospective employees will receive many benefits, including monthly pocket money from BRI and fast-track career opportunities.

In addition, during their education, BFLP participants are provided with general banking knowledge and BRI Group knowledge in particular. Not only knowledge in the form of theory and material in class, but participants also get the opportunity to practice directly through the On Job Training (OJT) program at the BRI Group work unit.

"Participants who pass the BFLP program will be placed in various BRI Group Work Units", he said.
