Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, Paper Company Owned By Conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja Wants To Divide Dividends Of IDR 273.55 Billion, Check Out The Schedule

JAKARTA - PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (INKP) will distribute blessings to its shareholders. The paper issuer from the Sinar Mas Group with the stock code INKP will distribute dividends from 2020 profits of IDR 50 per share.

In a statement by INKP, quoted on Wednesday, September 1, the total dividends distributed by the company owned by the late conglomerate Eka Tjipta Widjaja reached Rp273.55 billion, equivalent to US$18.88 million. This dividend is equivalent to 6.42 percent of Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper's 2020 net profit.

INKP's dividend distribution has received approval from the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) on August 26, 2021. In addition to the dividend determination, the AGM also decided 10 million US dollars last year's profit or equivalent to Rp144.91 billion as a reserve fund.
