JAKARTA - In order to support the Election of Governors and Deputy Governors, Regents and Deputy Regents as well as Mayors and Deputy Mayors of 2024 (Pilkada 2024), all branch offices of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) are not operating today.

The adjustment follows the national holiday schedule set by the government as stated in Presidential Decree (Keppres) Number 33 of 2024.

BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja stated, during this period, customers can still enjoy BCA banking services anywhere and anytime through the myBCA, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA) and BCA ATM applications. BCA branch office services will resume normal operations on November 28, 2024.

"Currently, banking from anywhere has become a standard in banking services. Therefore, customers can still access BCA banking services for 24 hours during the 2024 Pilkada holiday period through various digital channels that we provide," said Jahja in his official statement, quoted Wednesday, November 27.

Especially for customers who need a new account opening during the 2024 Pilkada holiday, it can be done online through the myBCA and BCA mobile applications.

BCA also always appeals to BCA customers to always be careful of various modes of fraud on behalf of BCA.
