Margo said that from 2019 to 2021 exports continued to experience a positive trend. During that period, oil and gas exports increased by 50.08 percent. Meanwhile, non-oil and gas exports rose significantly by 28.25 percent.

When viewed from the sector, Margo explained, non-oil and gas exports are divided into three categories, namely agriculture, processing or manufacturing and mining industries. All of these sectors experienced a decline on a monthly basis.
"For agriculture month to month it fell 12.08 percent, the processing industry fell 3.63 percent, mining and others fell 1.65 percent. This July, the agricultural sector only experienced exports of 0.29 billion US dollars," he said.
