Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower, Cris Kuntadi said, until September 30, 2025, there were 753,500 job vacancies delivered online by 99,438 companies with a total workforce requirement of 938,353 people.

Head of the Manpower Center of the Ministry of Manpower, Surya Lukita, added that the most pencakers were in the 20-24 year age range of 29.3 percent, with vocational education qualifications of SMK (35.1 percent), SMA (31.6 percent) and Universities (16.3 percent).
"The most open job opportunity in September was the job for the position of production operator at the Garmen and Manufacturing factories as many as 11,144 people in West Java and Central Java Provinces," said Surya Lukita.
