Ministry Of Manpower Claims There Are 938,000 Job Opportunities From Various Companies

The Labor Market Center of the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) released the latest data on the condition of the national work market for the period January to September 2025. The condition of the national work market shows high activity both in terms of job seekers and available vacancies.

Secretary General of the Ministry of Manpower, Cris Kuntadi said, until September 30, 2025, there were 753,500 job vacancies delivered online by 99,438 companies with a total workforce requirement of 938,353 people.

"Meanwhile, there were 117,406 new job opportunities that opened up in the period of September 2025, out of 33,040 job vacancies from 33,040 companies with a total workforce requirement of 146,496 people," he said in a statement to the media, Thursday, October 23.

Cris menyebutkan kondisi pasar kerja nasional hingga akhir September 2025 terdapat 1.595 perusahaan yang menggunakan Karirhub dalam melakukan rekruitmen dengan jumlah vacangan kerja sebanyak 9,524 vacangan dan total kebutuhan tenaga kerja sebanyak 67.014 orang pekerja.

"There is an increase in the number of job seeker registrants for Careerhub users by 81,800, so that the total number of job seekers registered in 2025 is 660,379 people," continued Cris.

Cris explained that the total number of job seekers detected actively looking for jobs in the last 6 months (active job seekers) of Careerhub users in September 2025 was 670,816 pencakers.

"In that period there were 3,028,418 job application transactions by job seekers using Career Transportation in 2025," said Cris.

Head of the Manpower Center of the Ministry of Manpower, Surya Lukita, added that the most pencakers were in the 20-24 year age range of 29.3 percent, with vocational education qualifications of SMK (35.1 percent), SMA (31.6 percent) and Universities (16.3 percent).

"The most open job opportunity in September was the job for the position of production operator at the Garmen and Manufacturing factories as many as 11,144 people in West Java and Central Java Provinces," said Surya Lukita.
