BPK Examines Kemnaker, Ida Fauziyah Warns People's Money Must Be Managed With Good Governance Principles

JAKARTA - Employment Minister Ida Fauziyah said the Audit Board of Finance (BPK) has just conducted an examination on the Ministry of Finance and provided various records related to matters that must be improved in financial management and management of state-owned assets.

Ida also reminded that the entire ranks continue to build good governance in managing the country's finances and assets well.

"This should be a lesson for all of us. I think the CPC will complete the examination. I hope once again to all of us, let's manage the money of this people, which is deposited through the Ministry of Manpower we manage with the principles of good governance management," he said in the event 'Halal Bihalal with the entire Ministry of Finance', Monday, May 17.

Ida said the entire kemnaker ranks are responsible for providing the best service to the community despite the recognition of the current situation is not easy. Moreover, all employees have been sworn in.

"We are required to give the best service to the community, I know it is not easy in situations like this, the extraordinary labor dynamics demand us for extraordinary work as well," he said.

On the same occasion, Ida also hopes that the Kemnaker ranks can be an example for the community, one of which is in carrying out government orders. This is like complying with government policies that do not return home or homecoming. He also appreciated all the employees who did not return home this year.

Furthermore, Ida said, the elimination of Eid al-Fitr 2021 homecoming is an unanited policy taken by the government. However, it must be done to reduce the number of covid-19 spread.

"The government has been criticized from here and there for changing the usual new habits in urban communities that in Idulfitri return home. One policy that we really humanely feel very heavy, but that's what the government must take to break the chain of spread of COVID-19," he said.
