Medela Potentia Supports Early Detection Of Kronis Diseases Through Health Screening In Bandung

JAKARTA - PT Medela Potentia Tbk (MDLA) through Argon Peduli participated in health screening activities at Gasibu Field, Bandung on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Attended by more than 500 people who are enthusiastic about health preventive activities, this screening provides blood pressure check services, blood sugar levels, and cholesterol as part of early detection efforts against non-communicable diseases.

"The company's participation in this health screening activity is part of PT Medela Potentia Tbk's support for the government's program in strengthening the prevention and control of chronic diseases. We believe that access to health services like this must be equally available throughout Indonesia," said the President Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, Krestijanto Pandji, who was also present in person.

This participation is also part of the company's ongoing social initiative to increase public awareness of the importance of early prevention and treatment of non-communicable diseases, such as hypertension, diabetes, and stroke, which are often referred to as silent killers because they develop without obvious initial symptoms.

Health screening in Bandung is the tenth participation of PT Medela Potentia Tbk after previously consistently being carried out in Jakarta, Palembang, Bandung, South Tangerang, Surabaya, Yogyakarta, and Bogor. Starting in 2024, so far more than 5,000 residents have benefited from this health screening program.

PT Medela Potentia Tbk also established strategic collaboration with the principal of global medical devices as providers of test kits, to ensure the quality and accuracy of health screening results provided to the public.

GoPharmacies as a digital platform provides wider and easier access for the public to access health information, trusted pharmaceutical products, and online consulting services that are easily accessible.

Director of PT Medela Potentia Tbk, Wimala Widjaja said that through the GoA Pharmacy platform, people can easily obtain medicines and health products in more than 7,000 pharmacies in 480 cities throughout Indonesia.
