PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia or PT Pelni (Persero) officially opened the registration for the Lebaran Free Ticket Program with the Pelni ship presented by the Ministry of Transportation. Registration has been opened online since last Tuesday.
Pelni Corporate Secretary Evan Eryanto said that as in previous years, in 2025 the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation again assigned Pelni to hold a Free Ticket Program in the context of Eid 1446 H/2025 transportation.
Evan said this program provides as many as 9,250 tickets with 28 routes for the period of homecoming flow and backflow for Lebaran 2025.
"The government provides free tickets on crowded passengers with a scheme for each section to be prepared for homecoming and backflow," said Evan in an official statement, Wednesday, March 12.
Furthermore, Evan suggested that Pelni hoped that the public could make good use of the Free Ticket Program from the Ministry of Transportation.

In Lebaran this year, continued Evan, PELNI operates 25 passenger ships and 30 pioneer ships. The total carrying capacity for 25 passenger ships is 48,323 seats and 11,889 seats for 30 pioneer ships, bringing the combined passenger and pioneer ship capacity to 60,212 seats for Lebaran 2025.
