Chaotic Kadin Anindya Bakrie Vs Arsjad Rasjid, Bahlil: Internal Affairs

JAKARTA - Kisruh occurred within the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin). This conflict began when Anindya Bakrie was appointed General Chair through the 2024 Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry's Extraordinary National Conference (Munaslub).

Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia also commented on the conflict. He said the chaos within the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry was purely an internal matter of the organization.

"So, many asked what Minister Bahlil's response was about chaos in Kadin. Yes, the Minister said it was an internal matter for Kadin," said the Expert Staff of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources for the Acceleration of Electricity Infrastructure Rizal Calvary Marimbo in an official statement, Monday, September 16.

Bahlil said he was not a senior or former Kadin administrator. Therefore, it is irrelevant for him to participate in responding.

Minister Bahlil said that he was not a senior, administrator or former Kadin administrator. "So it is irrelevant to comment on Kadin," he said.

Rizal said that Bahlil is currently only a senior business organization for young people, namely HIPMI.

"He is a former Chairman of HIPMI, has nothing to do with Kadin, so he feels irrelevant in responding to the chaos within Kadin," said Rizal.

Since being inaugurated as Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, continued Rizal, Bahlil has focused on managing the internal ESDM according to the target charged by President Joko Widoo (Jokowi) to him.

"Almost every day he comes home at midnight, electricity, fuel, gas, mineral mining are tidied up all so that it can be optimal for the country and the lives of many people in accordance with Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution," said Rizal.

However, Rizal said, Bahlil prayed that the chaos in Kadin would be completed quickly so that the organization could immediately work with the government to move the wheels of the economy faster.
