Through MSIN, Conglomerate Hary Tanoe Will Inject IDR 309.7 Billion Funds To Raam Punjabi's Multivision Plus

JAKARTA - PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM), issuer owned by Raam Punjabi will receive fresh funds from the issuance of shares without pre-emptive rights (PMTHMETD) or private placement.

The company intends to issue 619.42 million new shares with a nominal value of IDR 60 per share. The financier is PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN) owned by Hary Tanoesoedibjo.

"The additional capital will be carried out at an exercise price of IDR 500 per share, with PMTHMETD investors being PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk," citing information disclosure, Friday, September 13.

With an exercise price of IDR 500 per share, the total funds achieved reached IDR 309.71 billion.

The implementation of the additional capital will be carried out on September 23, 2024. Where, the notification of the results of the implementation will be published on September 25, 2024.

As is known, PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN) has successfully completed a strategic investment in PT Tripar Multivision Tbk (RAAM). This acquisition underscores the Company's confidence in the future of the entertainment industry and its dedication to expanding its operations in the Indonesian market.

MNC Group Executive Chairman Hary Tanoesoedibjo said the acquisition of RAAM by MSIN was an important achievement in efforts to expand operations in the Indonesian media and entertainment sector.
