Waskita Karya: IKN Toll Road Progress Section 5A Capai 86.87 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk (WSKT) revealed that the progress of the Access Toll Road for the Capital City of Nusantara (IKN) Segment 5A Simpang Tempadung-Jembatan Pulau Balang has reached 86.87 percent.

This was revealed after WSKT Operations Director II Dhetik Ariyanto accompanied a Japanese company, namely TOA Corporation during a working visit to IKN on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.

"A working visit to the IKN Toll Road Section 5A Simpang Tempadung-Jambatan Pulau Balang project has been carried out by TOA Corporation accompanied by Operations Director II Waskita Karya Dhetik Ariyanto. The progress of the Section 5A IKN Toll Road Project has reached 86.87 percent," explained Waskita Karya in uploading its official Instagram account @waskita_karya, quoted Thursday, September 12.

In addition to reviewing the work on the IKN Toll Road, WSKT together with TOA Corporation also saw the latest developments for the Wastewater Processing Installation (IPAL) 1,2 and 3 project in the Central Government Core Area (KIPP) IKN.

It is known, the progress of the project work has reached 37.39 percent to date.

"The work visit was carried out to directly review the progress of the projects, each of which had reached 37.39 percent for the IPAL 1,2.3 and 86.87 percent projects for the IKN Section 5A Toll Road project," he explained.

WSKT hopes that the visit will be able to build cooperation between Waskita and TOA Corporation on IKN projects and other non-IKN projects.

"Hopefully the work of these projects can run well and also the cooperation between Waskita Karya and TOA Corporation can be established properly," he added.

As additional information, WSKT is currently working on 12 IKN projects with a total contract value of IDR 13.6 trillion. Meanwhile, Waskita's own portion is IDR 7.5 trillion.

Some of them, namely, the Sepaku Ring Road Access Section 4, IKN Segment 5A Toll Road, the State Secretariat Building and the Coordinating Ministry Building 3. Then, the Coordinating Ministry Building 4, IPAL 1,2,3 IKN, Flyer Street for the KIPP IKN area and ASN flats (Rusun).

Then, IKN National Road Section 6C-1, Multi-Utility Tunnel-01 (MUT), 3B-2 Segment Toll Road and IKN VVIP Airport Access Road.
