Erick Thohir Appoints Former Asabri Boss Wahyu Suparyono As President Director Of Bulog

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir carried out an overhaul of the Board of Directors of Perum Bulog. Erick appointed Wahyu Suparyono to occupy the position of Director of Utana replacing Bayu Krisnamurthi.

The replacement of the board of directors was confirmed by Bulog's Corporate Secretary, Arwakhudin Widiarso. He said that based on the information obtained, the change of board of directors was carried out this afternoon.

Bayu Krinamurthi himself was appointed as President Director of Perum Bulog in December 2023. Bayu served as the company's top chairman for only 10 months.

"It's true (there is a change in the directors of Perum Bulog)," Arwakhudin told reporters, Monday, September 9.

The news of the change in position of President Director of Perum Bulog was also confirmed by Bayu Krinamurthi. Bayu confirmed the news of his change of position.

"It's true (no longer serves as President Director of Perum Bulog)," said Bayu.

In addition, Erick Thohir also removed Purnomo Sinar Hadi from the position of Director of Human Capital Perum Bulog. Purnomo was replaced by Sudarsono Hardjosoekarto.

Erick also added to the position of Deputy President Director (Wadirut) in the board of directors of Perum Bulog. Where the position is held by Marga Taufiq. Marga is a retired TNI general.

For your information, Wahyu Suparyono graduated from the 1990 State Accounting College Accounting Bachelor's Office. He also took the 1997 IPWI School of Economic Sciences Master Management and received the 2014 Universitas Brawijaya Facilities Management Doctorate's degree.

Wahyu Suparyono also served as President Director of PT Perusahaan Perdagang Indonesia (Persero) 16 June 2014 to 7 June 2015. Then, he also served as Director of Operations and Public Services, Perum BULOG 8 June 2015 to 31 July 2016.

Wahyu also served as President Commissioner of PT Jasa Prima Logistik (JPL) BULOG from December 8, 2015 to June 6, 2018. Then, he also served as Director of Human Resources and General Affairs of Perum BULOG from August 1, 2016 to November 27, 2017.

In addition, Wahyu Suparyono also served as President Director of PT Dok and Shipship of Kodja Bahari (Persero) from December 14, 2017 to July 17, 2020. Finally, Wahyu served as President Director of Asabri from August 2020 to May 2024.
