Beware Of Traffic Jams, Jasa Marga Makes Repairs At Two Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Points Tomorrow Afternoon

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) announced that it will repair roads on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road on Saturday, September 7 starting at 14.00 WIB until Saturday, September 14 at 11.00 WIB.

Senior Manager Representative Office 1 Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) Amri Sanusi said the road repair was in order to meet Minimum Service Standards (SPM).

"We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the existence of the work," Amri said in a written statement, Friday, September 6.

He said that his party had prepared mitigation procedures, including diverting traffic flow that was affected before the work area, narrowing the work area, preparing contraflows if the traffic conditions were heavy and coordinating with the Highway Patrol Police (PJR) and PT Jasamarga Tollroad Operator (JMTO) in traffic control.

"To ensure that this information is well received by road users, PT JTT has also socialized work plans by installing outdoor media in the form of job appeal banners and Dynamic Message Signs (DMS) on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road to Jakarta and Cikampek," he said.

Furthermore, Amri appealed to all road users to anticipate travel, ensure that vehicles are in prime condition, have sufficient electronic money balance, refuel before starting the trip. Always be careful and obey signs, especially around the location of the work.

The details of the date and location of the road work on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road are as follows:

1. Saturday, September 7 at 14.00 WIB until Friday, September 13 at 14.00 WIB there was a reconstruction of the KM 62 + 720 bridge towards Cikampek lane 3;

2. Sunday, September 8 at 09.00 WIB until Friday, September 13 at 18.00 WIB there was road reconstruction at KM 19 + 809 to KM 20 + 074 towards Cikampek lane 1;

3. Monday, September 9 at 08.00 WIB until Saturday, September 14 at 11.00 WIB there was road reconstruction at KM 27 + 753 to KM 27 + 622 towards Jakarta lane 1 and lane 2.
