PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) recorded pre-sales revenue or marketing sales of IDR 1.2 trillion until the first semester of 2024.

Investor Relations Alam Sutera Tassa Remisha said the achievement came from two major ASRI business segments, namely residential Rp996 billion and commercial Rp204 billion.

Tassa said, this achievement has reached 42 percent of the marketing sales target throughout 2024.

ASRI targets marketing sales of IDR 2.8 trillion so far this year.

Of that target, it was IDR 2 trillion from the residential and IDR 800 billion from the commercial segment.

He also detailed a number of projects that contributed to the achievement of marketing sales until the first semester of this year.

"The marketing sales composition for the first semester of 2024 is dominated by 75 percent of residential housing and land sales and the rest is apartment sales and commercial products," he said.

In the second semester of 2024, ASRI has also prepared several new products, namely residential and commercial products.

As for the first quarter of 2024, ASRI recorded a net profit of IDR 42.12 billion, up 39 percent on an annual basis, aka year on year (yoy).
