Pertamina Denies Fuel Scarcity In Bajawa NTT

PT Pertamina Patra Niaga East Java Bali, Nusa Tenggara (Jatibalinus), denied the scarcity of fuel distribution (BBM), especially in Bajawa City, Ngada Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province.

"The distribution of fuel in Bajawa is running normally," said Area Manager Comm, Rel, & CSR Sunday Rahedi quoting Antara.

This was conveyed in response to reports in one of the local media in the area which stated that there was a queue of fuel at a public oil refueling station (SPBU) in Bajawa City.

Sunday said that the condition of all gas stations in Ngada Regency was observed to be normal and there were no queues snaking down the road as reported.

"When we checked in the field, the situation was normal. Ngada Regency has two gas stations with adequate stock and no distribution disturbances," he said.

Sunday explained that the stock of fuel at the Boubou Bajawa gas station for gasoline (gasoline) was 20,173 liters and gasoil (diesel) was 10,150 liters.

Then, the stock of fuel at the Golewa Ngada gas station for gasoline is 33,000 liters and gasoil is 6,543 liters on Sunday (21/7/2024) yesterday.

"The operational time for the two gas stations was extended to 05.00 to 24.00 WITA," he added.

The public, he continued, was advised not to be fooled by the news that made the situation uneasy and could access official information through the 135 call center regarding the conditions for distributing fuel and LPG in an area.
