Prabowo Will Break The Ministry, What Is The Minister's House In IKN Plus?

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) plans to add a landed housing unit for ministerial positions (RTJM) in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) in the future.

Spokesperson for the Ministry of PUPR Endra S. Atmawidjaja revealed that the possibility of adding a landed house unit for ministerial positions was carried out if the Prabowo-Gibran government officially realized the breaking of a number of ministries.

"For example, if there is a ministry breakdown, oh yes, the house will be added later," said Endra when met at his office, Friday, July 12.

Endra ensured that the land supply for the possibility of adding Minister's house at IKN was also available. "The point is, if it is lacking, yes, we will allocate it," he said.

For your information, the Ministry of PUPR is currently building 36 units of RTJM in IKN. As for August 2024, the total number of ministerial houses that have been completed is 14 units.

"Four ministerial houses are ready functionally, including furniture. While 10, this week we filled the internal devices," explained the Head of the IKN Infrastructure Development Planning Task Force of the Ministry of PUPR Imam Santoso Ernawi in an online press conference, Thursday, July 11.

Imam explained that currently the construction progress of the landed house of ministerial office is running according to the set target, which is 94.65 percent.

The names of the ministers who are reported to be moving in August include Minister of PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono and Minister of Transportation (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi who will occupy house number 08 and 09 in Persil 105.

Then, Minister of Health (Menkes) Budi Gunadi Sadikin was also reported to be the pioneer minister who moved to IKN. He will live in the house number 9 persil 105.

Furthermore, Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan-RB) Abdullah Azwar Anas will occupy the house of minister number 10.
