Eid Al-Adha Long Holiday, KCIC Records 75,000 Tickets Sold

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) recorded that as many as 75,000 tickets for storysh for travel during the long holiday Eid al-Adha had been sold out.

The sales of theseASH tickets are for the period from June 14 to June 18, 2024.

PT KCIC's GM Corporate Secretary, Eva Chairunisa, said that the sales figure of hotel tickets during the long weekend period increased by about 20 percent compared to normal days.

"This figure (sale) will continue to increase along with the sale ofASH tickets on various sales channels," Eva said in an official statement, Sunday, June 16.

In addition to the people who are going on vacation with their families, KCIC also finds group passengers during this Eid al-Adha long holiday. Where 60 groups are recorded usingASH.

Eva said the group came from companies, governments, schools, tours and travel, and the general public.

Regarding the increase in passengers, Eva said it had started since June 14. On that date, the scheduled departure in the afternoon and evening after returning from work was one of the targets of the passengers.

"A total of more than 19,000 passengers have been dispatched at that moment," he explained.

Then, continued Eva, on June 15, the number of passengers usingASH increased to more than 21,000 passengers.
