PT Bank Banten Sets New Board Of Commissioners And Directors, Here's The List

JAKARTA - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Tbk held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) in order to improve the quality of the implementation of good corporate governance on Wednesday, March 10, 2021. The meeting took place by implementing the COVID-19 health protocols.

Based on the resolution of the EGMS, the composition of the Board of Commissioners, namely the President Commissioner or Independent Commissioner is Hasannudin, M. Yusuf as Commissioner, and Media Warman as an Independent Commissioner.

On the Board of Directors of the Company, there are Agus Syabarrudin as President Director, Cendria Tj.Tasdik as Director, Denny Sorimulia Karim as Director and Kemal Idris as Director.

"The newly appointed members of the Board of Commissioners and Directors can carry out their duties and functions in their positions if they have received approval from the Financial Fervices Authority (OJK) in accordance with the provisions of the prevailing laws and regulations", said an electronic message from PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten which was received by VOI editorial, Saturday, March 13th.

In addition, the EGMS has honorably dismissed Titi Khoiriah as Independent Commissioner, Fahmi Bagus Mahesa as President Director, and Jaja Jarkasih as Business Director of the Company as of the implementation of the EGMS.

"With the fulfillment of the ranks of the Board of Commissioners and Directors, the Company affirms its commitment to immediately improve performance through healthy, strong and competitive business growth in a sustainable manner".

In addition, this time, the EGMS was also held to support the management and supervision relay as well as the implementation of the Company's digital transformation.
