OIKN Notes There Have Been 5 Groundbreakings Worth A Total Of IDR 49.6 Trillion From 32 Institutions

The Capital Archipelago Authority (IKN) recorded five groundbreakings by Indonesian President Joko Widodo reaching a value of IDR 49.6 trillion from 32 institutions or institutions.

"There have been five 'groundbreaking' with a value close to IDR 50 trillion, to be precise IDR 49.6 trillion, there are 32 or so institutions that have implemented the fifth 'groundbreaking'," said Head of the IKN Authority Bambang Susantono when giving a press statement at the Jakarta Presidential Palace, quoted from Antara, Wednesday, March 13.

Bambang explained that the infrastructure development carried out at the five "groundbreakings" must be carried out and realized as soon as possible.

According to him, infrastructure, buildings and institutional offices, as well as public facilities that are built will form a comprehensive ecosystem in the Central Core Area of IKN Government, as well as become a model for the development of the next IKN.

"That's what we also saw that we need to realize this investment in the field as soon as possible so that the ecosystem was formed," said Bambang.

In addition to the Presidential Palace, the ministry/institutional office, public facilities and supporting infrastructure built by the Ministry of PUPR will make IKN a beloved habitable city (liveable and loving).

Meanwhile, the sixth "groundbreaking" in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) in May 2024 is targeted for educational projects.

"The target is that in May there will be a sixth 'groundbreaking'. The President of the Republic of Indonesia has conducted the 'groundbreaking' five times at IKN for investment projects, and the sixth 'groundbreaking' in May is the target for educational projects," said Deputy for Funding and Investment of the Archipelago Capital Authority (OIKN) Agung Wicaksono on the previous occasion.

Agung said that IKN is planned to be built as a city to work, be habitable, recreation areas and gain education.

Thus, the ecosystem in IKN becomes complete as a city to work, be habitable, recreation areas and gain education.
