Sinar Mas Insurance Holds Agency Tour Contest (ATC) F1 Powerboat H2O Lake Toba

JAKARTA - PT Asuransi Sinar Mas (ASM) held an Agency Tour Contest (ATC) F1 Powerboat H2O Lake Toba which took place from February 29, 2024 to March 4, 2024. ATC is an exclusive tourist trip provided by ASM to partners who have succeeded in achieving the highest achievement in the contest held for 3 categories each year.

Dumasi M M Samosir, Director of PT Asuransi Sinar Mas explained, ATC F1 Powerboat H2O Lake Toba is an ATC tier 3 organized by Asuransi Sinar Mas. The tourist destination for ATC tier 3 is a series of trips that always explore the beauty of tourist destinations in Indonesia.

"This time we invite the Sinar Mas Insurance Partner Top Producers to explore another side of Lake Toba, which is extraordinaryly beautiful when viewed from various sides. Lake Toba is 100 km long and its width is on the widest side reaching 30 km. So you can imagine the beauty that is different from various sides of the region," said Dumasi.

This is the 5th time ASM has invited ATC winners to explore the beauty of Lake Toba tourism from different sides. In 2015, ASM explored from the Siantar side, Prapat to Samosir, Simalem, Brastagi and then to Medan.

At that time, our flight from Jakarta to Kualanamu Airport. We also held a CSR Tree Planting on Tuktuk Siadong, Samosir Island at that time. Then in 2019 we held 2 times Coaching Coaching Whilst Exploring Lake Toba for the winning partners of categories 4 and 5 with the aim of helping partners can advance to the category above it, tier 3, tier 2 and even tier 1. At that time we explored the inside side of Lake Toba from Toba Regency by enjoying Sitururun and Batu Lahi Waterfalls in Samosir Regency which was reached from Baktiraja in Humbang Hasundutan Regency," explained Dumasi.

"Furthermore, in 2022, we brought the winners of ATC Lake Toba 2019 to explore Lake Toba from the side of Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This ATC trip was only carried out again after it had been stopped due to the pandemic," he added.

Inspired by the implementation of the 2023 F1 Powerboat Lake Toba, the challenge for ATC Tier 3 in 2023 was also made to watch F1PowerBoat H2O Lake Toba which is an international event, where the event received the title of 'The Most Challenge and Difficult Race' in the world of PowerBoat.

The ATC F1 Powerboat H2O Lake Toba program presents a series of interesting activities such as visitingfraca Falls, Sibea-bea Hill, Holbung Hill, Aek Sitio Tio, Stand Up Parade on Ni Tao Toba's Hat by CHADS, Sipangolu Aek Falls, Panururan Waterfront City, The Kaldera Toba Nomadic Escape, and other destinations.

"This year's ATC journey is special because it coincides with the holding of the international F1 Powerboat H2O Lake Toba event and we invite Top Producers to watch this prestigious event live," Dumasi explained.

F1 Powerboat H2O is a world championship that is the main and leading series in the special racing competition for single-driving motorboats. In 2024 there will be 10 countries with a total of 18 racers competing for one season, to get the world title.

This event was first held in Indonesia in February 2023. F1H20 was held again for the second time in Balige, Toba Regency, North Sumatra (North Sumatra), on March 2-3, 2024. Indonesia hosted the opening series of the F1 Powerboat for the 2024 season and became the 300th organizer of the competition since it was held for the first time 36 years ago.

ASM hopes that with this ATC, it can further strengthen relations with partners and provide inspiration and motivation to be more enthusiastic about achieving the intended profit target.

"We make this ATC script like a family trip and become a means where participants can share with each other, inspire each other and even explore the business potential they have together with the ASM team. The agency line becomes a marketing distribution channel developed by Asuransi Sinar Mas. In 2023, we have 31,292 agents, an increase of 4 percent from 2022 which is 30,056 agents. In 2024, Sinar Mas Insurance Targets 32,492 agents," said Dumasi.

Sinar Mas insurance targets to expand the agency path through the opening of the Marketing Point Agency (MPA) and Business Partner Point (BPP) offices. It is targeted that 100 MPA/BPP will open in 2024.
