Reshuffle Of BNI Officials, AGMS Appoint Mohamad Yusuf Permana As Commissioner

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BNI (BBNI) approved changes to the composition of the commissioners and directors.

The AGMS approved the honorable dismissal of Susyanto as Commissioner of BNI and approved the appointment of Mohamad Yusuf Permana as Commissioner of BNI, and approved the honorable dismissal and re-appointment of Askolani as Commissioner of BNI.

Then, the AGMS approved the honorable dismissal of Adi Sulistyowati as Deputy President Director of BNI, and transferred the assignment of Putrama Wahju Setyawan as Deputy President Director of BNI from previously as Director of Retail Banking BNI.

Then, the AGMS transferred the assignment of Corina Leyla Karnalies to Director of Retail Banking BNI from previously as Director of Digital & Integrated Transaction Banking BNI.

The AGMS approved the appointment of Hussein Paolo Kartadjoemena as Director of Digital & Integrated Transaction Banking BNI, from previously serving as SEVP of Corporate Development & Transformation BNI.

Furthermore, the AGMS approved the honorable dismissal of Silvano Winston Rumantir as Director of Wholesale & International Banking BNI, and approved the appointment of Agung Prabowo as Director of Wholesale & International Banking BNI from previously serving as President Director of BNI Sekuritas.

The AGMS approved the honorable dismissal of Muhammad Iqbal as Director of BNI's Institutional Banking, and approved the appointment of Munadi Herlambang as Director of BNI's Institutional Banking from previously serving as Director of Jasa Raharja Institutional Relations.

The AGMS approved the honorable dismissal of Sis Apik Wijayanto as Director of Enterprise & Commercial Banking BNI, and approved the appointment of I Made Sukajaya as Director of Enterprise & Commercial Banking BNI from previously serving as SEVP Remedial & Recovery BNI.
