When Hadi Tjahjanto Gives A Message To AHY: Don't Be Afraid Of The Land Mafia

JAKARTA - Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) officially serves as Minister of ATR/BPN which only started today.

He is known to replace Hadi Tjahjanto, who now serves as Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menkopolhukam).

In the handover procession at the office of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Hadi Tjahjanto admitted that he had given a message to AHY.

"I convey that the main focus is to keep the land mafia, don't be afraid of the land mafia," said Hadi at the office of the Ministry of ATR/BPN, Jakarta, Wednesday, February 21.

In addition, Hadi also asked AHY to complete a number of homeworks (PR) at the Ministry of ATR/BPN.

One of them is the Complete Systematic Land Registration program (PTSL).

"At least in 2024, 120 million fields have been completed," he said.

Hadi also asked AHY to continue the revision of Government Regulation (PP) Number 18 of 2021.

"Regarding granting rights to entrepreneurs for carbon trading," he said.

Finally, Hadi admitted that he had entrusted the land bank procurement program to AHY. According to Hadi, the program is important to help increase investment in Indonesia.

"(The land bank) is also for the benefit of the community. That's what I conveyed to Mr. AHY," he concluded.

For your information, President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) officially inaugurated former TNI Commander Marshal (Ret.) Hadi Tjahjanto and Chairman of the Democratic Party Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono as ministers. The inauguration was held at the State Palace, Jakarta.

Launching the Presidential Secretariat YouTube, Hadi was appointed as Minister of Political, Legal and Security Affairs (Menko Polhukam), while AHY became Minister of ATR/BPN.

Presidential Decree Number 34 P/2024 concerning the Dismissal and Appointment of the Minister of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet for the 2019-2024 Period was read out first by the Deputy for Administration and Apparatus of the Ministry of State Affairs, Nanik Purwanti, before taking the oath of office.

"To appoint as state ministers of the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet in the remaining term of office for the 2019-2024 period. Each of them, brother Hadi Tjahjanto as Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal and Security Affairs," reads the decree, Wednesday, February 21.

"Second, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono as Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency,".
