Since 2017, LMAN Has Disbursed IDR 123.87 Trillion For PSN

JAKARTA - Director of Land Procurement and Funding of the State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) Rustanto conveyed that the realization of funding for the National Strategic Project (PSN) land acquisition from 2017 to 2023 had spent the realization of a budget of Rp123.874 trillion for 117 PSN.

"The allocation of funds through LMAN for PSN funds is around Rp. 159.809 trillion," he explained in a media briefing in Jakarta, Tuesday, January 23, 2024.

Rustanto detailed that the sector spent the most from toll road projects for 53 PSN, where the total realization was Rp. 104,276 trillion, and specifically for realization in 2023 it was Rp. 14,397 trillion. Meanwhile, the total allocation was Rp. 131,885 trillion.

Then, the dam project was 38 PSN, with a total realization of IDR 13.331 trillion and specifically in 2023 it spent a total realization of IDR 1.970 trillion.

Meanwhile, the irrigation project is 5 PSN with a total realization of IDR 0.622 trillion and specifically in 2023 the total realization is IDR 31.769 billion. Meanwhile, the total allocation is IDR 0.673 trillion.

Furthermore, the Air Baku project is 1 PSN with a total realization of IDR 0.077 trillion and specifically in 2023 the total realization is IDR 22.945 billion, with a total allocation of IDR 0.125 trillion.

The 10 PSN railway line project with a total realization of IDR 3.256 trillion and specifically in 2023 the total realization is IDR 358.114 billion. Meanwhile, the total allocation is IDR 5.059 trillion.

Then, the Port project of 1 PSN with a total realization of IDR 0.800 trillion and specifically in 2023 the total realization of IDR 0.975 billion. Meanwhile, the total allocation is IDR 1.147 trillion.

The KSPN project is 1 PSN with a total realization of IDR 0.085 trillion. Meanwhile, the total allocation is IDR 0.085 trillion.

Meanwhile, for the construction of the State Capital of the Archipelago (IKN) as many as 8 PSN with a total realization of IDR 1.426 trillion and specifically in 2023 the total realization of IDR 1.426 trillion consisting of IKN road access of IDR 1.010 trillion and Core Area of IDR 415.882 billion.
