JAKARTA - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) continues to carry out transformations as part of the SOE cleaning program.

There are 15 state-owned companies whose financial conditions are not healthy and are in danger of being disbanded.

Corporate Secretary of PT Perusahaan Pengelola Asset (PPA) Pongky Afriandita confirmed that 15 state-owned companies were'sick' who were patients of PT PPA.

"That's right, there are 14 SOEs and 1 subsidiary of SOEs. So, a total of 15 companies," he said.

The 15 companies are PT Barata Indonesia (Persero); PT Boma Bisma Indra (Persero); PT Industri Kapal Indonesia (Persero); PT Dok & Peralangan Kodja Bahari (Persero) and PT Dok and Surabaya Shipships (Persero).

Then, PT Djakarta Lloyd (Persero); PT Varuna Tirta Prakasya (Persero); PT Persero Batam; PT Inti (Persero); Perum Percetakan Negara Republik Indonesia (PNRI).

Furthermore, PT Indah Karya (Persero); PT Amarta Karya (Persero); PT Semen Kupang (Persero); PT Primissima (Persero) and its subsidiary BUMN, PT PANN Pembiayaan Maritime.
