LMAN Disburses IDR 7.85 Trillion For New Toll Land Procurement

JAKARTA - The State Asset Management Institute (LMAN) disbursed IDR 7.85 trillion for land acquisition for the Pamulang-Cinere-Raya Bogor Toll Road.

President Director of LMAN Basuki Purwadi explained that the total funding consisted of Rp3.78 trillion for the Cinere-Jagorawi (Cijago) toll road section 3, and Rp4.07 trillion for the Serpong-Cinere (Sercin) section 2 toll road section. All funds come from the state revenue and expenditure budget (APBN).

"The budget is going well. It is proven that today it can be inaugurated," said Basuki in Depok, West Java, quoted from Antara, Monday, January 8.

Indonesian President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) inaugurated the Pamulang-Cinere-Raya Bogor Toll Road, at the Limo Utama Toll Gate (GT), Depok, West Java, Monday. GT Limo Utama marked the meeting of two toll roads, namely the Cijago Toll Road section 3 and Sercin Toll Road section 2.

The connection between the two toll roads is considered to increase the connectivity of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2 (JORR 2) toll road network.

Basuki said the toll road is expected to increase Jabodetabek connectivity, considering that the two toll roads are an important part of JORR 2 which can have an impact on other social economic benefits.

With the connection of the Cijago and Sercin Toll Roads, it will facilitate connectivity and accessibility of the people of Depok, Bogor and its surroundings to Soekarno Hatta Airport and vice versa.

In addition, the two new toll roads also connect the areas of Tangerang and South Tangerang to Bogor, Depok and Cikampek as access to the Jabodetabek exit route to West Java and Central Java.

The toll road was built through collaboration between the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR), the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN), Toll Road Business Entities, and the community, especially in areas around affected toll roads.

On the same occasion, in his remarks, President Jokowi assessed that the Pamulang-Cinere-Raya Bogor Toll Road would be beneficial for community mobility. The toll road, which costs up to IDR 4 trillion, is expected to be able to have an impact on improving the economy and easy access for the surrounding community.

"We hope that the Pamulang-Cinere-Raya Bogor Toll Road will really make people have many choices to go through so that the mobility of people and goods will all be better, faster, the goal is there, because the roads that are built are like the inner circle, Jakarta Outer Ring Road 1, Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2, in order to inside Jakarta itself, there is no traffic jams because there is no need to pass through the city of Jakarta," he said.
