Working On 11 Projects At IKN, Adhi Karya Is Optimistic That Revenue Will Increase At The End Of 2023

JAKARTA - PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) revealed that until now it is working on 11 important projects at IKN Nusantara. The 11 projects are important works that are considered to have contributed significantly to the company's revenue in 2023.

"This year's performance is supported by several large projects that will contribute to the performance of 2023, namely 11 IKN projects currently being handled by Adhi Karya," said Operations Director II Adhi Karya Pundjung Setya Brata at the Public Expose Live 2023 online, quoted Tuesday, November 28.

"Two of them have been completed, namely the construction workers' residence and the Sepaku Semoi Intake," he added.

Pundjung said that the other IKN projects that Adhi Karya worked on were the bridge feeder work on Balang Island, the landed house project for ministerial positions, land development 1B, and the Karangjoang-Karingau 3A Toll Road.

Then, there is a project for Sepaku supporting buildings, ASN housing, Sanggai River Watershed (DAS) flood control in Sepaku District, North Penajam Paser Regency, and Section 6A Toll Section Riko Segment. "That is (Adhi Karya project) in IKN," he said.

Meanwhile, said Pundjung, Adhi Karya also worked on projects outside of IKN, such as the construction of the Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll Road, the Bayung Lencir-Tempino Toll Road. Then, the Yogya-Bawen Toll Road, the Solo-Yogya Kulonprogo Toll Road, and the Semarang-Demak Toll Road and the Probolinggo-Banyuwangi Toll Road.

"So, that is our portfolio for on going project on toll road," he said.

In addition, he continued, Adhi Karya is also working on projects in the railway sector, namely the Jabodebek LRT. This project has been completed and is now officially operational.

"We also have two MRT project packages, namely CP201 and CP202. This project is now under construction, which will connect the HI Roundabout Station to Monas Station, as well as from Monas Station, Juanda Station, and so on to Grogol," said Pundjung.

Furthermore, Pundjung said, there are around 109 active projects that have now been executed by his party and are expected to be completed in stages by 2024.

"And from this year, we have executed 109 active projects that we can categorize 41 PSN, and 11 projects in IKN. So, these big projects are targeted to contribute to revenue and are targeted for completion by 2024," he added.
