Adhi Karya Records New Contract Of IDR 30.3 Trillion Until October 2023, Up 58 Percent

JAKARTA - PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI) noted that it had obtained a new contract of IDR 30.3 trillion until October 2023. This achievement increased significantly when compared to the same period in 2022, which was IDR 19.1 trillion.

"Alhamdulillah, Adhi Karya's new contract achievement exceeded the target, namely until October 2023 Adhi Karya received a contract value of IDR 30.3 trillion," said Operations Director II Adhi Karya Pundjung Setya Brata at the Public Expose Live 2023 online, Monday, November 27.

Based on the segment, the new contract achievement is dominated by Adhi Karya's main business line, namely construction with a portion of 92 percent of the total acquisition of IDR 30.3 trillion. "While the rest is obtained from the property sector and other business lines," he said.

Pundjung said, based on the source of project funding, the details consisted of 31 percent of the government, 27 percent of SOEs, 15 percent of BUP, 13 percent of Asian Development Bank, and 14 percent of the private sector and others.

Then, based on the work sector, the roads and bridges cover 44 percent, buildings 20 percent, railways 15 percent, E&I 8 percent, and others 14 percent.

The three largest new project packages obtained by Adhi Karya are the South Commuter Railway CP S-03C in the Philippines worth IDR 2.4 trillion, the Jakarta-Cikampek Selatan Toll Road IDR 2.1 trillion, and the Malolos Clark Railway Project CP S-01 in the Philippines IDR 1.5 trillion.

Furthermore, Pundjung said, Adhi Karya is also working on seven other projects, such as the construction of the Probolinggo-Banyuwangi Toll Road Package 1, the construction of the IKN package 6 toll road, the construction of a fertilizer factory in Palembang, South Sumatra, and the Bayung Lencir-Tempino Toll Road.

Then, the construction of a Gas Engine Power Plant (PLTMG) in Sumbawa, West Nusa Tenggara and Tobelo, North Maluku. Then, the construction of apartments for ASN is worth and land development for IKN.

"So, all of them formed our contracts until October this year amounting to IDR 30.3 trillion, which increased 58 percent compared to the achievement of the same period last year," he added.
