Brebes 2024 UMK is proposed to increase by 4.17 percent to Rp2,103,100 from Rp2,018,836.

Head of the Department of Industry and Manpower (Dinperinaker) Brebes Warsito Eko Putro explained that the proposed increase in the 2024 UMK was based on Central Java inflation and economic growth calculated from the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDRB) of Brebes Regency.

This year's Brebes Regency economic growth is 5.6 percent. But for last year's UMK increase it was 7.1 percent because inflation used to be large but the GRDP was small. This year the UMK rose 4.173 percent," said Warsito.
