Starting Tomorrow, Pelni Ship Customers Can Buy Tickets For The 2024 Christmas And New Year Holidays

JAKARTA - PT Pelauyangan Nasional Indonesia (Persero) or Pelni mulai membuka pesanan tiket Pelni untuk periode libur Natal 2023 dan Tahun Baru 2024 per 17 November 2023. Pemesanan bisa dilakukan melalui Pelni Mobile Apps maupun saluran penjualan pada konter di port-pelabuhan.

Furthermore, Evan informed that Pelni Ship ticket sales for the Nataru holiday period could be obtained on November 17 tomorrow for all destinations throughout Indonesia.

Evan said that to face the Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 holidays, 26 passenger ships and 42 pioneer ships with a total capacity of 51,296 seats were prepared.

The ten segments that are predicted to be denser include Batam-Belawan, Belawan-Batam, Bau-Makassar, Makassar-Bau Bau, Makassar-Surabaya, Batam-Tanjung Priok, Surabaya-Makassar, Jayapura-Biak, Balikpapan-Pare Pare, and Sorong-Ambon.

Meanwhile, other cities can still buy tickets at Pelni branch office counters even though we encourage online purchases," said Evan.

Even though they can no longer buy directly, said Evan, counters at Pelni branch offices in Jakarta, Surabaya and Makassar will continue to serve customers for refunds or refunds, questions about ship routes and schedules to group departures.

Furthermore, Evan said that management targets the closure of ticket purchase services through counters to be extended to other branches in 2024.
